At Rogue Scholar, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We believe that music, and in particular live music has the power to bring people together and celebrate diversity. To achieve this, we have established the following policies to ensure that our venue is a safe space for everyone.

We ask that all patrons, staff, and performers treat each other with respect and dignity. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech will not be tolerated, and individuals who engage in such behavior will be asked to leave the venue. 

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of physical or verbal violence. Any individuals found to be engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the venue and may be banned from future events.

Our venue has gender-neutral restrooms available for all patrons. We ask that everyone respects the privacy and comfort of others while using these facilities.

We are committed to celebrating diversity and promoting inclusion in our programming and events. We welcome and support artists of all backgrounds and strive to create a space where everyone feels represented and valued.

We provide training and education to our staff on topics such as inclusivity, diversity, and implicit bias. We also encourage our patrons and performers to educate themselves and each other on these important issues.

We welcome feedback from our patrons and performers on how we can improve our policies and practices. We are committed to holding ourselves accountable for any lapses in our policies and ensuring that we continue to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
